Refund policy

Return Policy for Wholesalers

We offer a 30-day return policy for our wholesale clients, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted for items purchased in full case quantities or as originally shipped. Partial returns of case-packed goods are not eligible.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@dealerleather.ca to resolve the issue. Claims must be reported within 7 business days of receipt. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note for wholesalers: Any items that are sold as part of a promotion or as special-order merchandise are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange items, return the current items per the policy above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement products.

European Union Wholesale Policy

If items are being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, depending on your payment processor, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at info@dealerleather.ca.
